Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.230 - Appointment of members of administrative organization; election of officers
1. Each school that is placed in a class
pursuant to NAC
385B.250 may appoint a
principal, assistant principal or athletic director of the school to serve as a
member of an administrative organization for the class.
2. Each administrative organization may, on
or before the last day of the first week in May of each year, elect from among
its members a president, vice president and secretary.
