Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.Sec. 3.1 - NEW
For the purposes of NAC 385B.750 to 385B.770, inclusive, and sections 3 to 8, inclusive, a grade earned during a grading period is "posted" on the date on which all grades for the grading period have been:
1. Entered electronically by the
school registrar or other person responsible for entering grades
electronically; and
2. Made
available to pupils, parents and teachers.
