Nev. Admin. Code § 388.820 - List of approved courses: Preparation and publication; submission of application for inclusion on list

1. On January 2 and July 1 of each year, the Department shall prepare and publish a list of approved distance education courses pursuant to NRS NRS NRS 388.834.

2. A person or entity that has developed a course of distance education may submit an application pursuant to NRS NRS NRS 388.834 and NAC 388.825 to the Department for inclusion of the course on the list of approved distance education courses prepared and published by the Department. The Department shall conduct reviews of applications for approval of courses for inclusion on the list twice each year. An application that is received by the Department on or before:

(a) April 1 will be considered for inclusion on the list published by the Department on July 1 of that same year.

(b) October 1 will be considered for inclusion on the list published by the Department on January 2 of the immediately succeeding year.
