Nev. Admin. Code § 397.010 - "Commissioners" defined
"Commission" means the Commission consisting of three persons appointed by the Governor pursuant to NRS 397.030 to represent Nevada on the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education and to govern the Nevada Office.
