Nev. Admin. Code § 407.052 - Multipurpose annual permits

1. The Division will issue an all access annual permit to a person who submits an application for the all access annual permit and pays a fee of $250. An application for an all access annual permit must be in the form prescribed by the Division and include, without limitation, the information relating to the vehicle of the applicant to which the all access annual permit will be associated.
2. At the same time that a person applies for an all access annual permit pursuant to subsection 1, the person may apply to purchase a second all access annual permit for a different vehicle that is owned by the person and registered at the same address as the first vehicle. The fee for a second all access annual permit is $125. An application for the second all access annual permit must be in the form prescribed by the Division and include, without limitation, the information relating to the vehicle of the applicant to which the second all access annual permit will be associated.
3. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (a) of subsection 5 of NAC 407.050, an all access annual permit issued pursuant to subsection 1 or 2 authorizes the holder of the all access annual permit to enter using the vehicle to which the all access annual permit is associated, camp in and boat in all parks for 12 months after the date on which the all access annual permit is issued without paying the entrance, camping and boating fees imposed by NAC 407.055. Such an all access annual permit does not authorize the holder of the permit to attend special events or use a hook-up unless the holder pays the fee established for the respective activity.
4. The Division will issue a discounted all access annual permit for senior citizens to a person who is a resident of Nevada and applies for such a permit if the person:
(a) Is 65 years of age or older;
(b) Pays a $30 administrative fee to the Division;
(c) Provides proof of age and residence in Nevada to the Division; and
(d) Possesses a Nevada driver's license or an identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
5. The Division will issue a discounted all access annual permit for disabled veterans to a person who is a resident of Nevada and applies for such a permit if the person:
(a) Provides proof to the Division of:
(1) A permanent service-connected disability;
(2) The status required by NRS 407.065;
(3) An honorable discharge from the Armed Forces of the United States; and
(4) Residence in Nevada; and
(b) Pays a $30 administrative fee to the Division.
6. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (a) of subsection 5 of NAC 407.050, a discounted all access annual permit issued pursuant to subsection 4 or 5 authorizes the holder of the discounted all access annual permit to enter, camp in and boat in all parks for 12 months after the date on which the permit is issued without paying the entrance, camping and boating fees imposed by NAC 407.055. The holder of a discounted all access annual permit issued pursuant to subsection 4 or 5 is not authorized to attend special events, make a reservation or use a hook-up unless the holder pays the fee established for the respective activity.
