Nev. Admin. Code § 433.250 - Applicability
The provisions of NAC 433.220 to 433.285, inclusive, do not apply to:
1. The use of a chemical
restraint, as defined in
NRS
433.5456; or
2. The involuntary administration of
psychotropic medication in an emergency, as defined in
NRS
433.5466.
