Nev. Admin. Code § 439.594 - Submission and retention of complaints
1. Any person who
becomes aware of a violation of the provisions of
NRS
439.588 or
439.590
may submit to the Director a written, signed complaint in the form prescribed
by the Director. The Director will determine whether to take action concerning
the complaint, which may include, without limitation, referring the complaint
to the Office of the Attorney General or the appropriate district attorney for
investigation.
2. The Department
will retain all complaints submitted pursuant to this section for at least 6
years, regardless of whether action is taken concerning the
complaint.
