Nev. Admin. Code § 439.Sec. 16 - NEW
A person or governmental entity that operates a program shall ensure that the program:
1.
Establishes a sliding scale to be used in charging offenders for participation
in the program that is based upon the ability of the offender to pay for the
program.
2. Does not exclude an
offender from participating in the program solely because of the inability of
the offender to pay for the program.
