Nev. Admin. Code § 439A.728 - Application fees

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 439A.720, the application fee for a letter of support from the Division of Public and Behavioral Health is:

1. For a nonprofit organization, $1,000.
2. For all other applicants, $2,000.
