Nev. Admin. Code § 444.7504 - "Administrative authority" defined
"Administrative authority" means the official who, or the board, department or agency which, is established and authorized by this State, or by a county, city or other political subdivision of this State, to administer and enforce regulations governing individual sewage disposal systems.
