Nev. Admin. Code § 444.7624 - "Holding tank" defined
"Holding tank" means a watertight, covered receptacle that is designed and constructed to:
1.
Receive the discharge of sewage from a building sewer; and
2. Store that sewage until the sewage is
removed by a septic tank pumping contractor.
