Nev. Admin. Code § 444.7652 - "Nitrogen removal wastewater treatment unit" defined
"Nitrogen removal wastewater treatment unit" means a system that receives sewage and, through biological denitrification, chemical reduction or ion exchange, reduces the nitrogen level of the effluent.
