Nev. Admin. Code § 444.7825 - Adoption by reference of certain publications; revision of certain publications after adoption
1. The following
provisions and publications are hereby adopted by reference:
(a) Standards 40, 41 and 46 of NSF
International, in the form most recently published by NSF International. These
standards are available from NSF International by telephone at (800) 699-9277,
for the price of $95 each.
(b)
Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in the
form most recently published by the Regional Transportation Commission of
Washoe County, Washoe County, the City of Sparks, the City of Reno, Carson City
and the City of Yerington. This publication is available free of charge at the
Internet address http://www.rtcwashoe.com/streets/orangebook/.

The Uniform Plumbing
Code, in the form most recently published by the International
Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. This publication is available
from the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials by
telephone at (800) 854-2766, for the price of $93.
(d)
The Design Manual for On-Site
Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems, which is published by the
Environmental Protection Agency (reference document number PB83-219907). This
document is available by mail from the National Technical Information Service,
5285 Port Royal Road, Springfield, Virginia 22161, or by telephone at (800)
553-6847, for the price of $97.50, plus $5 for shipping and handling.
2. The State Board of Health will
review each revision of the publications adopted by reference pursuant to
paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection 1 to ensure its suitability for this
State. If the Board determines that a revision is not suitable for this State,
the Board will hold a public hearing to review its determination within 6
months after the date of the publication of the revision and give notice of
that hearing. If, after the hearing, the Board does not revise its
determination, the Board will give notice within 30 days after the hearing that
the revision is not suitable for this State. If the Board does not give such
notice, the revision becomes part of the publication adopted by
reference.
