Nev. Admin. Code § 444.821 - Permit: Contents; validity and transferability
1. A
permit issued by the health authority to a septic tank pumping contractor must
contain:
(a) The name, business address and
mailing address of the person to whom the permit is issued; and
(b) The number of the license plate of each
vehicle and the number of tanks that are authorized for use by the septic tank
pumping contractor to remove and dispose of the solid and liquid contents of
septic tanks, holding tanks, grease traps, grease interceptors, portable
toilets, or other sewage treatment or disposal facilities. The vehicles and
tanks listed on the permit must be specifically identified in the application
for the permit filed pursuant to NAC 444.820.
2. A permit is valid only for the person to
whom it is issued, and for the vehicles and tanks described in the application
and listed on the permit. A permit is not transferable.
