Nev. Admin. Code § 444.8876 - Containers and tanks for storage of used antifreeze: General requirements
Each container and storage tank that is above the ground which stores used antifreeze must be:
1. In good condition, including, without
limitation, being free from severe rusting, visible structural defects or
deterioration;
2. Free from visible
leaks;
3. Closed unless material is
being added or removed; and
4.
Clearly marked with the words "Used Antifreeze."
