Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.65785 - "Conductor casing" defined
"Conductor casing" means the temporary or permanent casing used in the upper portion of a drill hole to prevent collapse of the formation during the construction of a well or to conduct the gravel pack to perforated or screened areas in the casing.
