Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.9518 - "Cesspool" defined
"Cesspool" means a covered excavation in the ground which receives the discharge of domestic sewage or other organic wastes from a drainage system which is designed to retain organic matter and solids while permitting liquids to seep through the bottom and sides.
