Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.Sec. 8 - NEW
"Requirement to maintain existing higher water quality" means a water quality standard established by the Commission for a parameter of concern in a surface water or segment thereof where the baseline water quality has been determined by the Department to be better than the water quality standard set forth in NAC 445A.11704 to 445A.2234, inclusive.
