Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.151 - "Reference conditions" defined
"Reference conditions" means that all measurements of ambient air quality are corrected to a reference temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Centigrade) and to a reference pressure of 29.92 inches (760 millimeters, 1,013.2 millibars) of mercury.
