Nev. Admin. Code § 449.Sec. 16.3 - NEW

1. The Division may revoke the approval of a course or an instructor upon a determination that the course or instructor, as applicable, has:
(a) Failed to comply with the requirements of sections 9 to 16, inclusive;
(b) Presented false, misleading or materially incomplete information to the Division; or
(c) Engaged in other unlawful conduct relating to a course or the ability to offer or teach, as applicable, such a course.
2. Before denying an application for the approval of a course or instructor or revoking such approval, the Division shall notify the person or entity that offers the course or the instructor, as applicable, in accordance with NAC 439.345. A person or entity that is aggrieved by the denial or revocation of approval may appeal the denial or revocation in accordance with NAC 439.346.
