Nev. Admin. Code § 450B.730 - Report of traffic accident

If the holder of a permit to operate a service or any licensee in the service is involved in any traffic crash or incident reportable to the Federal Aviation Administration as a hard landing with an air ambulance or agency's vehicle, he or she shall report the full details of the traffic crash or hard landing within 5 days after it occurs. The report must be submitted to the Division by certified mail, postmarked within 5 days after the traffic crash or hard landing, o R by personal delivery of a written report. The report must be provided to the Division immediately if the traffic crash or hard landing involves an injury or death.
