Nev. Admin. Code § 453.300 - Inspections of premises
The Board may inspect, or cause to be inspected, the premises of an applicant or registrant, and in conducting the inspection will review the application for registration and other information regarding the applicant in order to determine whether he or she has met the applicable standards of NRS 453.231.
