Nev. Admin. Code § 459.95496 - Current process safety information and hazard assessment
1. A revalidated process hazard analysis must
reflect current process safety information required pursuant to NAC 459.95412.
The owner or operator shall document specifically how the accuracy of the
process safety information was validated.
