Nev. Admin. Code § 459.9717 - Intent of provisions
The intent of NAC 459.970 to 459.9729, inclusive, and sections 2 to 6, inclusive is to carry out the provisions of NRS 459.500 to protect persons who employ consultants concerning hazardous materials and wastes.
