Nev. Admin. Code § 459.Sec. 3 - NEW
The Commission may establish a policy committee to assist the Commission in:
1. Matters concerning
policy, including, without limitation, implementing or amending policies that
are consistent with federal and state laws and regulations and which relate to
the responsibilities of the Commission; and
2. Implementing or complying with any audit
findings that affect the Commission.
