Nev. Admin. Code § 467.022 - Determination of ability to compete in unarmed combat; hearing
Before a license to engage in unarmed combat is issued or renewed by the Commission, the applicant or unarmed combatant must satisfy the Commission that he or she has the ability to compete. If the ability of the applicant or the unarmed combatant to compete is questioned for any reason, the Commission may hold a hearing to determine whether the license should be denied, granted or renewed, or granted or renewed on a conditional basis.
