Nev. Admin. Code § 467.940 - Authentication of evidence
The proponent of documentary and other physical evidence must authenticate such evidence. A party may authenticate evidence through any means which tends to show that the matter in question is what the proponent claims it to be and which the Commission determines to be relevant, including, without limitation, presenting evidence that proves the authenticity of the document. Any evidence the Commission determines would be authentic in a court shall be deemed authentic by the Commission.
