Nev. Admin. Code § 477.3336 - Courses not previously approved by State Fire Marshal: Submission of information by applicant; fee
1. The State Fire
Marshal will issue a certificate of registration and license for codes and
regulations in interior design to a person who has received training from a
course in codes and regulations which has not been approved by the State Fire
Marshal if the course meets or exceeds the standards established by the State
Fire Marshal for such a course.
2.
Such a person must apply for a certificate of registration and license for
codes and regulations in interior design on a form provided by the State Fire
Marshal. The person must provide all the information necessary to demonstrate
that the course in codes and regulations meets or exceeds the standards
established by the State Fire Marshal for such a course.
3. In addition to any other fee that may be
assessed pursuant to NAC 477.325, the State Fire Marshal may charge a
reasonable fee for evaluating a course that had not been previously listed by
the State Fire Marshal as an approved course and for which approval is
requested.
