Nev. Admin. Code § 483.065 - Documentation required to correct date of birth
A person who wishes to correct the date of birth indicated on his or her driver's license, motorcycle driver's license or identification card must submit proof satisfactory to the Department that the date of birth indicated on his or her driver's license, motorcycle driver's license or identification card is incorrect. The proof may include, without limitation, any document listed in NAC 483.050 as acceptable proof of the full legal name and age of an applicant for a driver's license, motorcycle driver's license or identification card.
