Nev. Admin. Code § 483.252 - Restrictions on use of license
1. The holder of a
restricted license issued pursuant to subsection 1 or 2 of
NRS
483.490 shall not operate a motor vehicle
except on the days and during the hours stated on the license.
2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection
3, the Department will not authorize the holder of a restricted license to
operate a motor vehicle more than 6 days per week or more than 10 hours per
day.
3. The Department may
authorize the holder of a restricted license issued pursuant to subsection 5 of
NRS
483.490 to drive a motor vehicle 7 days per
week if the Department determines that the authorization is necessary for the
holder of the license to exercise his or her right to visit a child.
4. An applicant for a restricted license
which authorizes him or her to drive a motor vehicle 7 days per week must, in
addition to the requirements set forth in NAC 483.245, submit to the Department
the court order which authorizes the applicant to visit a child.
