Nev. Admin. Code § 483.900 - Additional fees to cover cost of production of photographs for drivers' licenses and identification cards
1. To cover the
actual cost of production of photographs for drivers' licenses and
identification cards, the Department will charge and collect, in addition to
the fees charged pursuant to
NRS
483.410,
483.820
and
483.910, $3.25
for the issuance of an original, renewed, duplicate or changed driver's license
or identification card.
2. The
money collected pursuant to subsection 1 must be deposited in the State
Treasury for credit to the Motor Vehicle Fund and must be allocated to the
Department to defray the increased costs of producing drivers' licenses and
identification cards pursuant to
NRS
483.347.
3. As used in this section, "photograph" has
the meaning ascribed to it in
NRS
483.125.
