Nev. Admin. Code § 527.040 - "Best management practices" defined
"Best management practices" means measures, methods of operation, treatments or practices that are:
1. Reasonably designed to conserve, protect,
restore and propagate species of native flora threatened with extinction, and
to perpetuate the habitats of such species; and
2. Consistent with the best management
practices in the particular field under the conditions applicable.
