Nev. Admin. Code § 527.400 - Consent by permittee to regulation and monitoring of project and inspection of location and records

1. Any person accepting and holding a permit issued pursuant to NAC 527.010 to 527.500, inclusive, shall be deemed to acknowledge the necessity for close regulation and monitoring of a project authorized by the Division.
2. By applying for and holding such a permit, the permittee consents to and shall allow entry by agents and employees of the Division upon the premises where the project or any off-site mitigation activities are being conducted at any reasonable hour. The agents or employees of the Division may enter such premises to inspect the location and any books, records or permits required to be kept pursuant to the terms and conditions of a permit issued by the Division.
