Nev. Admin. Code § 554.380 - Violations
All lots or shipments in violation of this quarantine will be disposed of in accordance with NRS 554.060, except that the Director, his or her deputies or inspectors, may release small lots or shipments of restricted products which may be adequately inspected in lieu of origin certification if no living stages of the European corn borer are found, or the lot or shipment may be treated in an approved manner under official supervision.
