Nev. Admin. Code § 555.Sec. 15.1 - NEW

In addition to the grounds for suspension, revocation or modification set forth in NRS 555.359, the Director may suspend, pending inquiry, for not longer than 10 days, and, after opportunity for a hearing, suspend, revoke or modify:

1. The license granted to an authorized commercial applicator to use or supervise the use of a restricted-use pesticide pursuant to NRS 555.351 and section 13; or
2. The certificate issued to a certified non-private applicator or private applicator to use or supervise the use of a restricted-use pesticide pursuant to NRS 555.357,

if the Director finds that the authorized commercial applicator, certified non-private applicator or private applicator has been assessed a civil penalty pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 136l(a) or convicted of any criminal offense described in 7 U.S.C. § 136l(b).
