Nev. Admin. Code § 555.Sec. 7.1 - NEW
"Spot treatment" means the application of a general-use pesticide to a spot or two or more contiguous spots, where:
1. The total coverage of the treatment does
not exceed one-tenth of the size of the total area that is potentially
treatable; and
2. The size of each
spot treated does not exceed 2 square feet for an indoor application, or 4
square feet for an outdoor application.
