Nev. Admin. Code § 587.301 - Requirements for isolation
1. Except as
otherwise provided in subsection 2, the minimum distance in feet from a
different variety of the same kind or a field of the same variety that does not
meet the varietal purity requirements for certification is as follows:

2. The
distance of isolation between classes of the same variety may be reduced to 10
feet, regardless of class or the size of the field.
3. The distance of isolation between a field
of diploids and a field of tetraploids must be at least 15 feet.
4. If a portion of the field meets
requirements for isolation, a clear line of demarcation must be established
between the certified and noncertified portions of the field.
