Nev. Admin. Code § 610.320 - Approval of programs of apprenticeship: Application forms

1. All applications for the approval of a program of apprenticeship must be made on a form provided by the Council, but the form may be modified to meet particular needs.

2. The Director may make any technical changes necessary to make the forms conform to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., as it exists on October 15, 1981. Such changes must be approved by the Council.
