Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.403 - Definitions

As used in NAC 616B.400 to 616B.496, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS have the meanings ascribed to them therein. In addition, the words and terms defined in NAC 616B.406 to 616B.418, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
