Nev. Admin. Code § 623.019 - Interpretation of term "from the floor of an interior area of a structure designed for human habitation or occupancy to the ceiling

The Board will interpret the term "from the floor of an interior area of a structure designed for human habitation or occupancy to the ceiling" as used in subsection 4 of NRS 623.022, to mean that a partition may penetrate the ceiling a short distance if necessary to brace the partition to the structure in compliance with the practice of the industry.
