anesthesiologist assistant has been limited or whose license as an
anesthesiologist assistant has been suspended until further order of the Board
may petition the Board for removal of the limitation or suspension.
2. In hearing a petition made pursuant to
subsection 1, the Board:
(a) May require the
person to submit to a mental or physical examination or an examination testing
his or her competence to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant, or any
other examination it designates, and submit such other evidence of changed
conditions and of fitness as it deems proper;
(b) Will determine whether, under all
circumstances, the time of the petition is reasonable; and
(c) May deny the petition or modify or
rescind its order as it deems the evidence and the public safety

and that the licensee is capable of practicing as an anesthesiologist assistant
in a safe manner.
