Nev. Admin. Code § 630A.062 - Medical competency examination
1. A homeopathic physician who is subject to a medical competency examination pursuant to NRS 630A.430 shall pay the costs of the examination.
2. The medical competency examination:
(a) May be written or oral;
(b) Will last no longer than 4 hours; and
(c) Must be administered by two physicians selected by the Board who are licensed and actively engaged in the practice of homeopathic medicine in this State.
3. If the person being examined objects to the physicians selected to administer the examination and the Board finds that the person's objections are valid, he or she may submit a list of eight names of homeopathic physicians who are actively engaged in the practice of homeopathic medicine in this State from which the Board may select one or two physicians to replace one or both of the examiners previously selected.
