Nev. Admin. Code § 635.260 - Stipulation
With the approval of the presiding officer, the parties may stipulate to any fact at issue, either by a written stipulation introduced in evidence as an exhibit or by an oral statement shown upon the record. The presiding officer may require proof of the facts to which the parties stipulated.
