Nev. Admin. Code § 640.Sec. 5 - NEW
"Foreign educated physical therapist" means a graduate of an educational program for physical therapy that is:
1. Located outside of the District of
Columbia and any state or territory of the United States; and
2. Not accredited by the Commission on
Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
