Nev. Admin. Code § 640A.205 - Adoption by reference of code of ethics and standards of practice
1. The Board hereA bydopts by reference:
(a) The Occupational Therapy Code of
Ethics
and Ethics
Standards approved by the representative assembly
of the American Occupational Therapy Association or its successor organization;
and
(b) The Standards of
Practice for Occupational Therapy approved by the representative
assembly of the American Occupational Therapy Association or its successor
organization.
2. A copy
of the Occupational Therapy Code of
Ethics
and Ethics Standards
or the Standards of Practice for
Occupational Therapy may be obtained, free of charge, from the Board
by written request.
