Nev. Admin. Code § 641.173 - Pleadings
1. Each pleading or paper filed with the
Board in connection with a proceeding for a disciplinary action must be
designated as an application, petition, complaint, answer or motion.
2. All pleadings, other than motions and
complaints, brought by the Board on its own motion must be verified.
3. The Board may allow any pleading to be
amended or corrected or any omission therein to be supplied.
4. Pleadings will be liberally construed and
defects that do not affect substantial rights of the parties will be
disregarded.
