Nev. Admin. Code § 641A.605 - Submission for decision
A proceeding stands submitted for decision by the Board after:
1. The taking of evidence;
2. The filing of briefs; or
3. The presentation of such oral arguments as may have been permitted by the Board,
whichever occurs last.
