Nev. Admin. Code § 644A.535 - Filing of application for license to operate or for transfer of ownership
1. An application for a license to operate a
mobile cosmetological establishment must be filed with the Board not less than
10 days before the proposed opening date.
2. An application to transfer ownership of a
licensed mobile cosmetological establishment must be filed with the Board
within 3 days after purchase.
