Nev. Admin. Code § 644A.Sec. 15 - NEW
1. A person who is licensed pursuant to
chapter 644A of NRS to practice cosmetology and who is employed by a
cosmetological establishment located within a resort hotel may provide any of
the services described in paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NAC
644A.825 in any area of the
resort hotel in which the resort hotel authorizes the person to perform those
services.
2. A cosmetological
establishment shall maintain and make available to the Board upon request a
record of all services provided by an employee of the cosmetological
establishment pursuant to subsection 1, including, without limitation:
(a) The name of each employee who provides a
service;
(b) Each date on which the
employee provides the service; and
(c) Which services are provided by the
employee pursuant to each request for services.
