Nev. Admin. Code § 644A.Sec. 3 - NEW
1. Any person who is on active duty in any
branch of the Armed Forces of the United States, or who is the spouse or
dependent child of such a person and is residing with the person, may defer the
expiration of his or her license or certificate of registration, as applicable,
by completing and submitting to the Board a form provided by the Board before
the date on which the license or certificate of registration expires.
2. Any person who is on active duty in any
branch of the Armed Forces of the United States may, after the date on which
his or her license or certificate of registration, as applicable, expires,
defer the expiration of his or her license or certificate of registration by
completing and submitting to the Board a form provided by the Board and
providing proof satisfactory to the Board that the person's active duty service
in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States contributed to his or
her failure to renew his or her license or certificate of registration before
the date on which it was to expire.
